How many Luden’s Wildberry mix throat lozenges can u have in a day?
I have strep…and my throats kills! I bought some Luden’s wild berry mix throat lozenges and ive been eating them alot today. Is there a real limit? Cause on the bag it says ‘allow one drop to dissalve,repeat as needed’
it really depends on what is in it but the ones you buy from your local shops is roughly 8 a day. Drink lots of water that will help your throat and if it is sore to swallow take ice cold water.
